1.Personal data
Through its web site METAL PRESS SRL does not collect any personal data (eg name, address, telephone, e-mail address) unless you consent to provide it voluntarily (eg by registering on the site). In this case, the processing will concern only the data that will be entered in the registration and authentication form such as: cookies, browsing data, name, surname, telephone number and email. 2.Source of personal data
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of navigation data, collected automatically when browsing the website.

4.Treatment purpose
Personal data will be processed by us for purposes of:

b) after-sales assistance, verification of user satisfaction, market analysis and statistics;
c) information on future commercial activities and announcements of new products, services and offers;
d) promotional and advertising initiatives aimed at the market;
e)any analysis and economic-financial evaluations.
METAL PRESS SRL will not collect in any case the “sensitive” data referred to in art. 26 of the Law 196/03.
5.Obligation or not of the provision of personal data
The provision of data is optional.
6.Data related to use or communication
When using the telecommunication services that allow access to our website, data on the type of communication (e.g. IP addresses) or use (e.g. information on the start, the term and the duration of each access, and those related to telecommunication services to which you are connected) technically generated could reasonably be related to personal data. The collection and processing of such data will take place only if necessary and will in any case be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Law 196/03 and subsequent updates as well as the GDPR.
7.Data recipients
Within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated, the data may be communicated to other parties involved in the organization of the websites (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (as suppliers of third party technical services, couriers postal services, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Data Controller. The updated list of Managers can always be requested from the Data Controller. The data will not be disseminated in any way. The persons in charge of the treatment in office are identified in the Privacy Document, updated on a regular basis.
8.Transfer of data abroad
The collected data will not be transferred abroad.
9.Conservation Period
The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“conservation limitation principle”, art.5 GDPR), without prejudice to cases of compliance with a legal obligation or order of authority. The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically. At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
10.Data processing methods
The treatment will be carried out with manual and / or computerized and telematic tools with organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with organizational and physical measures and logics provided for by the provisions in force.
11.Automatic Collection of Non-Personal Data
When you access the METAL PRESS SRL website, some information is collected from our system automatically (even without registration) which, however, does not lead to personal identification (eg type of internet browser and operating system used, domain of the website from which you arrived, number of visits to the site, average time spent, pages visited).
